• Location: New Hampshire, all counties except Coos County. ​

• Property types:

  • Multifamily (20 unit minimum)

    • Class B or below.

    • Significant value add, financial distress, major rehabilitation, conversion

  • Land​

    • Zoning must allow residential or multifamily use

    • Must have development friendly city or town​

  • Mobile home park (100 pad minimum)​

  • Anything with a unique deal structure. We thrive on creative solutions. 

• Terms can be flexible if the situation requires​
